Today I stumbled upon this delicious place and was not disappointed! My sons got the California bowl with carne asada it comes with chips and they have a salsa bar. We took our food to go and I always have to have a "tax bite" it was very delicious the flavors melted together so perfectly! My very picky teen came out of his room just to say how amazing the food was! And the chips ooooo sooo good!! The carne asada was of good quality the flavors were great, staff was very patient and friendly while we decided what we wanted to try Highly recommend!

Taquitos de papa!! Sooo good!! I actually was going to stop at another place for lunch but as I was walking past this place I pulled over or the side and checked out the reviews and the food and the reviews was amazing. So you know I had to stop by. They have a reg menu and also a special menu where I located the taquitos de papa. You do Order at the front. They have a self serve salsa bar and they also offer you chips when you dine in. The staff was on point with making sure the were well taken care of. Loved how they were playing salsa music which made me want to get up and dance. This was a pretty busy place and so worth it. Make sure to stop by.

I came here with some friends after they saw a video on Instagram. We drove over an hour in traffic to get here on a Friday. Yes, traffic is almost always horrible and it was definitely worth sitting in it for this place. We ordered a variety of things and we all shared. We were all so stuffed and can't wait to do it again!

WOW So glad to have found this gem! I found them on Instagram. The food looked delicious so I had to stop in. Easy to find! Indoor and outdoor seating! Salsa bar was also super. It was clean and the salsa especially the green one was tasty! It wasn't watered down at all! The chips were perfectly salted! I ordered the California bowl and asked if I could do half steak and half shrimp (it wasn't on the menu that way) and the gentleman was very kind and had it made to order. I love that they served the bowl in a nice glass bowl! Most restaurants use paper or styrofoam and it soaks up all the juices leaving food dry but not this place! And they were very generous with their protein. They had a nice crowd and a couple takeout orders! I sat outside and the food was brought out to me. The service is professional and friendly. I'm definitely coming back and would love to try their breakfast!

Checked out this spot with my mom and the portions are so big!! But delish! We have their carne asada fries and their chilaquiles! We also for taquitos and those were my favorite! It's a cute restaurant. They have a salsa bar. And arrive was super friendly and attentive. And what's brunch without a margarita and it was yummy and refreshing.

First time here. You first walk in and you order then you can grab your salsa and your drinks and then find your seat. The server will bring the food to your table. Don't forget to tip them. We ordered a fish taco Carne Asada taco and a two shrimp taco combo. We substitute in the beans for the sweet potato fries. The food came out pretty fast. The sweet potato fries could be sprinkled with less salt, there were a lot of salt clusters. But overall everything was really good. The tacos are huge. I mainly only ate two shrimp tacos and I was so full.

Located in a very small plaza, California Cocina is a popular neighborhood eatery where you order and pay in advance at the counter and choose your seat amongst the 10-12 tables in-store. It is cozy yet quite bustling even on a random Monday evening. The highlight of this restaurant is the price and the portion sizes. I ordered the carnitas nachos and the taco combo for around $34. There is a salsa bar with red, green, and pico de gallo as well as some sort of pickled onions and peppers. The nachos come heaped with guac, sour cream, and cheese - there were enough to stuff myself and take home what looked like a brand new order of nachos. The taco combo comes with 2 large tacos, 2 sides, and chips. Service is very quick as well. Four stars because while the food is good, the flavor was a bit lacking. Wouldn't go out of my way to visit but if you're in the area, this place would be a solid pick.

Located in a small strip mall, some decent size parking if not in the lot across the street and surrounding areas. This is becoming my new favorite place. Super reasonable taco plates filled with beans and rice. About $15 for what you see. Each Taco is about 5 to 6 dollars à la cart. They give you a basket of chips and they're super friendly. Salsa bar is also tasty and serve yourself. It's a go up and order and sit down type of place. The meal including a Modella was about $35 with tip.
